ET on the Ballot?
Denver is voting on whether to create a city government commission to investigate UFO's.and related evidence. Jeff Peckmann a UFO columnist for Examiner.com,has gathered the required signatures to put the above referenced referendum on the ballot.
Why should the good people of Colorado create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission? We quote from Jeff's website
"Knowing the truth about Extraterrestrial beings, their visits to Earth, and the broad implications of these realities for humanity, is why an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission is needed.
It's time to go over the heads of elected public servants directly to the voters. James Madison, American's fourth President, wrote that "The People are the only legitimate fountain of power".
And you thought this was just some frivolous waste of the voter's time.
